Fall is Coming
Are you getting ready for Fall? I can’t believe that Fall is here, but that may be good, because it has been so hot and now the evenings are finally turning cool. Warm days and cool nights are perfect.
Are any of you into sourdough baking? I started about 4 years ago with a starter and have now completely abandoned commercial yeast and am baking everything from English Muffins to Pizza. I know it has nothing to do with quilting, but I am using my hands. My sewing machine is still tucked away because of the move and I haven’t had time for handwork, but sourdough baking is really great because it is slow, you can get other things done in the meantime. Can’t bake it when you thought you would? Stick it in the refrigerator! I would love to hear about your adventures with sourdough if you are willing to share. I want to share my adventures with you too. So please comment below.
