Sorry about forgetting about the block!

I have become totally discombobulated!  Have you heard THAT word lately? I haven’t but it is where I am at.  I am glad one of you reminded me, you know who you are!  Click on the block to take you to the page for the quilt pattern!  

I call it Rectangle Star, but the corners with the dark points remind me of a water lily block.  Mmm, maybe I will come up with a variation.

I played with some rectangles of fabric to make the points, but paper piecing is my choice.
