This month was an easy pick, I could only “pick” Violet! The aroma of violets is so lovely I have them growing in an old tin wash tub with Columbine on my upper deck. If I want flowers around here I have to grow them in pots out of reach of the deer and ground squirrels. I love our wild life, but sometimes they are a little intrusive! I guess they could say the same about us, after all, they were here first!Lots of sharing this month. Thank you, quilters, it is really appreciated. You have no idea how thrilling it is to see my flowers “grow” in your gardens.
First, Mary H. presents us with another beautiful block for July.
I asked for finished blocks and Tina H. shared the Lily block that she is incorporating into a wedding quilt. I hope we get to see the whole quilt some day.
Then Rachel P. came through with five lovely blocks.
Keep up the beautiful work you are all doing. Any other finished blocks? We would all love to see them as they are an inspiration to others. We don’t care how long ago you started it, just share!

Another absolutely beautiful block. I have made a few and I love them all but when I retire later this year I am going to sit down and work my way through them. Thank you so much for all your hard work.
Thank you! You will wonder in retirement where you found the time to work!
