So excited that Electric Quilt has finally perfected a version for MAC!! Yayyy! Now I can design a thousand quilts, that I will never make, but it is so much fun!
Downloaded it yesterday and here is the first quilt, with an original block. It isn’t that I am new to EQ, just that I always had to use the PC and I am a dyed in the wool MAC person, so it is so nice to be able to just open it on the MAC, when inspiration hits and not have to drag out the PC, just to design a quilt.
Most of my quilts and patterns that you see on the website have been designed with the help of EQ.
I am trying to figure out how to do those geese, using my Sewfasst method, but they will have to be cut differently. I will figure it out because I am not dealing with all those bias edges!
Have the batiks picked out. Will keep you updated.
Now wait a minute, I have to work on an unfinished project, we’ll see.
